I'm not sure why there is no way to sort the search results or any product. But it's better than the website, at least. Please add sort and filter function, I guarantee you will sell more and faster. I've been looking for the right croc clog for weeks now and always get sidetracked. You can't even save favorites. It's depressing.

What I don't like about the app is that it doesn't keep track of my past orders. I need to make a return and no receipt was included in my order so I have NO CLUE what my order is. I called to get it and every time I put it in the appropriate box it says order not found. I refuse to find a retail outlet to return them to. This should be available online. I NEVER receive a confirmation email either of what I've ordered. I'm probably going to stop ordering new stuff.

AUS website says I can use app-exclusive discount code, but can't put my AUS address in for shipping. All app prices are in $US too. Nowhere to change to AUS currency or shipping. Quite frustrating app experience.
