Overall the carpool idea is great and so is to work with the app. I would however welcome an option for the driver to adjust the interinary - time of leaving from the stops, because in case of longer journeys (+3h), there's no option to add a needed (coffe) break for a driver to rest say 30mins etc. , which then causes a delay on the last stops. It would also be a good option to inform at once all clients, who reserved a seat, that there's a delay because of the traffic conditions etc.

There is no way to add bus rides that were bought on other platforms (Omio) so that we can track the bus and see when it will arrive if it's running late, and it is hard to change the language of the app. I downloaded it in Portugal and it's hard to use it in Portuguese. There should be options within the app to change it.

Very disappointed with the app. Very bad to use. Cannot read messages if not through the mail. Got requests from passengers not on my route. I refused the "boost" but still received requests from cities I didn't want to enter. I had to refuse a lot and in the end drove through the whole country for 2 days, + 1500 Kms ALONE!!! It's also not possible to change the route or time during the trip. As a BlaBlaCar user since the beginning the app is getting the concept down and impossible to use 👎
