I don't understand why the app doesn't use the most direct bus even though I pick 2 stops that run along the same bus route. There's no way to custom build a route either? Let us choose buses or trains. I keep adjusting my arrival times but that 1 direct bus never shows up. Another website shows the easiest route but doesnt provide tracking. This app seems to have tracking, but pulls apps from Google which are inefficient. There's a reason users are looking for alternatives.

Hi Jason 👋 Thank you so much for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you faced issues with one of your journeys. Please plan the same journey again and hit "Report Issue" at the bottom of the page, we'll get working on a fix. If you want to save a route, you can add it to Favourites by clicking on the star at the top of the page! Thanks! 🙌

Best travel app you can get. All the info you could possibly need, set out easily. Two minor gripes/requests: (on the London map), please label the tube stops (they're not named when zooming in/out of the map), and it's not easy to find the general tube map to see where the lines go (I've seen it on the app sometimes but cannot find it now at all).

I bought this up years ago and it was claimed a non-issue but it is absolutely still an issue. When the clock ticks over the information for your entire journey is dropped and then you have to guess a couple of stations ahead and start all over. This can be ongoing throughout an entire journey. I would far rather be getting other work done. Look at Melbourne PTV to see how it is done although it is still complicated on their site.
