Since this app is set up as an extension of our network phone system I have to dial 9 and 1 before the number. When I'm returning a call at the office I can just retrieve the number from the incoming calls list and edit it with those Numbers in front. I can't edit the numbers in the call list on this app. I have to dial the whole number in from scratch. This is irritating enough for me knock at least 3 stars off my my review.

Would be good if it had "active hours"-settings, that would automatically disable the service during "inactive hours". I currently have to force the app to close in the evening and then use samsung routines to auto open the app in the morning. I also configure it as a "mobile data only" - app coz roaming between wifi access points is a problem. There used to be a notification tone when the service disconnects/reconnects, but that's since been removed with recent updates??

One of the worse apps constantly need to reset the app to authenticate yourself ....it's so buggy that simply signing in is not good enough to be authenticated to make calls.... It's so frustrating using this app
