Our newest feature, ‘Be My AI’, is a pioneering AI assistant integrated in the Be My Eyes app. When logged in as a blind or low vision user, you can send images via the app to Be My AI, which will answer questions about that image and provide conversational AI generated visual descriptions for a wide variety of tasks in 36 languages. Be My AI is powered by artificial intelligence and is able to provide assistance in a wide variety of situations, from checking makeup before a night out to translating text from hundreds of different languages.

While this is a very helpful app for the visually impaired to get help from others through a call, it has following shortcomings: 1. The "problems" button don't work after a call ends. It accepts only the "thumbs up" feedback after the call and not the "thumbs down" button. Probably the developers don't want to accept a negative feedback of any calls? 2. This app doesn't have a screen sharing feature. I have many callers who want to setup their new phones but do not have another phone with them

The app installed successfully, but the video quality during calls is poor, which hinders our ability to assist effectively. Please improve the video quality, as this is a critical aspect of the app's functionality. Additionally, please enable the option to provide feedback after a call with a thumbs down 👎🏾 . This concept is excellent and important, but it is undermined by the current video quality issues.

Got a call, but the video quality was so bad I couldn't help them identify if they were at the right bus station. Also leaving this as 2 stars here because I couldn't find a way to report this as a problem within the app.
