DOESN'T WORK FOR JAPAN - 日本では使えない! The payment wont go through and you'll waste your time trying to get payment to be cleared. I've tried all Credit cards, Debit cards, and PayPal on laptop, mobile, and this app, and they all won't allow my purchase! I've spent two entire days contacting my banks, credit card companies, and PayPal trying to see whether it's some settings or security issue, and they all say the problem is with Beauty Bay. I'm so frustrated. Will update if BB can resolve this....

when scrolling through lots of products, I'll reach a certain part of the page and suddenly, it will jump to the very bottom of the product list! I then have to scroll upwards but I won't be able to view any of the things I had seen before the page jumped, and I will not be able to view about a third of the products at all. this has been happening for months now, but the app didn't use to do this. fix it please, it makes the app almost unusable as I can't see everything I search for!!

website and app are annoying as hell. set up account and then couldn't log in. contacted supposed and got the most pointless advice. set up a different account, same happened again. had to purchase as a guest. app just jumps about even after clicking next, next, next... it's such a shame as it has cracking products at great prices but I got that narked with the functioning of the app I just couldn't be bothered continuing with it.
