I can't log into the stupid thing made me remove developer options then kept telling me no network to connect to servers, on the same network I've been using to browse. A week later it finally allows me to request OTP Now i still can't log in because the stupid app keeps trying to auto verify the OTP. The sim is not on my phone! It's on the router. Which is why i'm bothering with the app in the first place. No, i can't just put the sim on my phone, it has no sim slot, which is why i use a router

The app is fantastic. I enjoy the overall experience. However, the new update made the app unusable as it brings up a "turn off developer options" prompt which does not allow me proceed to the app unless I turn it off. My developer options has been on for years and I've been using the app just fine. Enforcing me to turn it off to access your application without giving me an option of accepting the risk is a far cry from making the app accessible.

The latest update that prevents access to the app if developer options is enabled is just absurd. I get that security is a concern, but those of us who enable developer options know exactly what we are doing. This is why the developer options are hidden, and enabling them requires some knowledge of how things work. Other banking apps and your riva like MPESA work fine on the same device with developer options enabled. Only Airtel app, and this started only after the recent update. Fix this.
