Everything single thing here is pure gold. The learning paths are short, concise and contain valuable information about many different topics all related to personal development. Each session is short, which is great to do one once a day, and develop a habit of learning. The texts have an audio dictated by an actual human with a clear and calming voice. It also has other great features, which makes this app one of the best tools to for self improvement and mental health. I love this. 10/10.

I liked the concept behind this software. The UI is good. However, dark mode would make it better. I am facing difficulty in taking the 'Big Five' test again, I could not find any option to retake the test, which is like a mirror to me. And yes, this new app icon is better than the previous one, I like it.

This app is heaven sent. Talk about when you need to urgently clear your head when things get really hectic, or when you just need a good prep to sleep. It has a mediation and journal prompt for most situation. The passkey security method for transferring data from one phone to another also feels safe. I feel like it'll be cool if I can directly know how much I meditate over a given period of time rather than the aggregate. Nevertheless I totally recommend!
