It's exceptionally buggy (after the UI change). I buy a significant amount of my clothes from Zara and Zara Srpls. But this time, all of my pants got changed to L from XL. I don't even know how this could happen. Thankfully, Zara has a good customer service in Japan. So I think they will let me exchange these for the right size (I had a similar problem before). Furthermore, the shipping tracking that's inside the app is all wrong too. It seems like the new app Ui is messing everything up.

Not user friendly + there is token issue which is happening between app and the web. Every time you login into the app you're logged out from the web. the web itself has a bigger token issue: you need to login every time you open it. I'm surprised to see that Inditex websites are so buggy. I already helped them to fix issue on Pull&Bear where I couldn't make the order, so I had to send them error from networks tab to show that the issue was in backend and they didn't even tell me thank you.

I have returned couple of items on the 24th of April and you guys have accepted the return. So far so good. But today it's the 4th of May, the amount is still not credited to my account and l have not received any update from your end stating the reason/s for delay. It's completely outrageous. Looks like there is no one that l can turn to for help. Customer care is useless. They have no idea as to how this problem could be solved. This is completely not accepted from a company like you! šš”
