This app is horrible now. It used to work well, but they have done updates where it shows the correct number of steps but does not actually give the sweatcoins for those steps accurately, often skipping as much as 3/4 of the steps. Their 2X boost often gives 0. They have instructions for fixing the step count issues, but it doesn't work and comes down to their bad app not being programmed correctly. Finally, you try to email them and they never write back.

--- I had high hopes for Sweatcoin, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The app promises to reward you for walking, but the reality falls short. Firstly, the step tracking is inconsistent and often inaccurate, missing many of my steps. Even when it does track steps correctly, the conversion rate to Sweatcoins is extremely low, making it nearly impossible to accumulate enough coins for anything worthwhile. The rewards offered in the marketplace

Been using this 2019 and since the 28th my steps stopped converting into sweat and customer service is completely useless they just closed my ticket and told me it's all my fault when I contacted them because they refuse to acknowledge that there's a problem. There's always people complaining on reddit every week with the same problem but they still think there's no problem with the app. Just cancelled my premium after 4 years since my steps won't convert anymore. Turning into a big scam now
