Driver can't really figure out on map point A to B not visible to driver, than to start racking brain of his passenger destination. Kindly update the app so driver will clearly see mapping of pick up and drop-off A------------B, this would saved driver stress of where customer's going to. It would be easy for a beginners too. I find the app annoying, i can't pick anyone closer to me by selecting the best way that suit my journey. Indrive app got 💯💪 quality.

In my two decades in this industry, this is one of the worst-designed driver apps I've encountered. I've been using it for over three years, and it's consistently difficult to use and unreliable. The textual information often doesn't match the GPS location of the pickup address. Additionally, the app requires 'always, location permission instead of 'only while using,' which drains the battery and seems a bit suspicious. The difficulty of using this app has discouraged me from going online.

One may have a device that is not very strong to accommodate several open apps, so when one opts for Google maps, the phone freezes, and if there's any unaccepted request during the freeze, bolt rates you down. Sometimes for no reason, the rider cancels the trip when you have covered several kilometres to where they are, but there is never compensation for that. But the map mostly misleads. Uber map is the best.
