I was hesitant about eBooks, but I'm thrilled with Bookshelf. It's user-friendly, allows note-taking, and highlighting with multiple colors. You can change the background to sepia and adjust text spacing. Creating flashcards and sorting them by familiarity is great. It also reads the text aloud at adjustable speeds. The features are amazing—I wish all my eBooks were on this app. Love, love, love it! The only downside is the sound of the voice text.

Bookshelf is good, but with the new AI systems coming out, the ability to copy entire chapters or sections would be useful. Including the imagery and notes, so they can be put into AI systems like ChatGPT to make custom notes, per the individual. 11 Labs voices would also be nice, as they are better at higher speeds & can still be comprehended.

What the heck is with the insane battery drain? I could cook a chicken with the heat coming off my phone with this app. You need to update something this is absolutely ridiculous. It's better to spend time screenshotting every page and making a PDF than use this, your app is going to break my phone.
