Version 13.7 is a bit "not very good". I cannot even scroll down to view the list of things in a trip and if I try to scroll the entire app freezes and has to be killed. There seem to be lots of people having problems *after* the release of 13.7... and the advice to fix those problems seems to always be "upgrade to 13.7". Would the support team please consider the possibility that 13.7 is the problem not the solution?!

TripIt has helped me stay organized on all of my trips!! It places all of my complex trip detail in one well organized location and has served me better than a hundred travel agents!! Plus its lited in a fun way and I've loved being able to go back through a 10 year history of trips remembering each flight, lay over, cruise, car rental, hotel, & excursion with fondness!! Anyone serious about their travel adventures absolutely must have this 5 star travel app!!!!

I've been using this app for a while. Not the best app around but stuck around due to familiarity. Last straw came when it kept crashing while loading or toggling in between screens or took too long to load! I just need it to load on the fly & not crash while I check out places to update my schedule in TripIt on the go. Many have given similar reviews & all they've got was to contact support team to rectify it. The bug should be fixed straight away since it's been widely reported as a problem.

• We revamped Go Now so that we can more accurately notify you when to leave for the airport based on current traffic conditions. (TripIt Pro)
• Usability improvements make adding a flight manually faster (though forwarding to plans@tripit.com is still easier).
• Accessibility continues to be a priority–we made more enhancements throughout the app.
