This game is enjoyable within the few lower levels. After that, the game becomes difficult. The quests require gems to progress, which you dont many of, 1-5 for a quest that required 20+ gems to complete. Gems are expensive, cost real life money. Also get so many pop-ups when you open the game, which is frustrating. Another complaint, most of the puzzle pieces I get from the free spinning wheel don't get added into my collection, followed by many of the items I win. This should be fixed ASAP.

Fun, but you have to purchase diamonds in the game in order to progress much at all. It also takes a lot of time to get enough coins for anything. These game producers obviously just want you to spend as much as possible, and it's honestly not worth what you're paying for. **Also a note to the developers that keep suggesting in everyone's reviews to use your "free" diamonds, you only get a few here and there, definitely not enough to do much of anything - even if you exchange them for tickets.

I purchased a chest with my event points and the next day all of the pieces I received were gone but my event points reflected the purchase. I got locked out of the game during the event for 3 days and missed collection time. This game is constantly glitching and erasing my progress. I'm so close to never playing this game again. When I started playing this game was perfect, now it's just a glitchy money grab.
