The new update is very bad in taking commission. The maxim apps take away commission fee from driver's e-wallet top-up money, but when the costumer suddenly canceled the order, we the drivers doesn't gain any profit from it but lose some money due too automatic deduction commission fee taking away by maxim apps. Its really unfair.

I'm very strange with the maxim app system, it's very bad, orders that are close can't be done, but we can do it in distant locations, like maxim has a system that needs to be improved for the driver to easily carry out tasks

This app treat me more like a tool instead of their partner. Also CS team have no intention to help their partners. Even when I want to close my account and end the partership, CS team are not helping at all. They did not even read my concern since they keep saying the irrelevant answer.
