a discount code worked at first (50%off) so I added more items bcuz the discount was so good. Then when I proceeded to checkout all of a sudden the code was not ok and the price jumped up double. then I had issues w checking out using my Amazon pmt method. there were just too many glitches and issues. then you can't use customer service unless you already placed an order so I couldn't speak to anyone about the code all of a sudden not working when going to checkout but working on the bag before!

Everything is ALWAYS EXACTLY like the photos! That's because it's an actual store. Not these fake replica sites like Temu and Shein, where you never know what you're getting and the quality sucks. FN's quality is wonderful, as well. Tall girl friendly, and that's amazing because I have always had issues with finding pants that were long enough for these legs!🥰 lol The only issue that I've had is delayed delivery and not getting my one day shipping. That's the only reason I gave 3 stars. Get on!

I returned items to company within the alloted time frame. meanwhile, I have my receipt from UPS showing when mailed and checked the website showing when they received it. I received an email 3 weeks later stating I didn't return the merchandise within the time frame. I sent 2 different items back in the same package and still no response on those items. After getting the email, I asked them to return the item since they claimed it was too late for store credit. Needless to say, no response.
