Deceptive practices, do not give them money. Subscribed to Zoosk for a few weeks back in September, and attempted to cancel my subscription so it wouldn't reoccur. However I saw I had been charged 3 times since then. Having gone back through the website to cancel again, I saw that there are about 3 or 4 "confirmation" pages that appear as though the cancelation has been made. Zoosk also placed an account pause due to inactivity and continued to charge. Customer service is less than helpful.

Overall this system is a lot easier to navigate and understand . We see great photos, that have not been 'fogged' over. You can read a brief note on the important points. I do, however, wish that the recipient could reply to their very first comment. Or at least say 👋 Hi. The getting together mechanics is at its best in the first few minutes.

This app is so buggy you can't use it. Keeps asking me to add a photo to continue and I keep adding photos and I'm at the max and it still says add photos to continue. It says complete your profile to keep using, and my profile is already complete. This is verify my identity to continue, and I've already done that. Completely unusable. Why would I pay anything to use this when clearly the app doesn't work right even after multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. Complete piece of junk.
