please work on the exchange and return option. the lack of exchange makes the process very bothersome and becomes one of the major reasons why a person might not want to order from the site as they might not be sure about size, sizing issues are very common anyway. otherwise, h&m has always been one of the best, mainly the jeans, trousers and basics. quality is just too good, as is the look.

Very disappointed with the app and service and whoever designed it. I ordered a pants and the colour was different from the pictures shown in the app. I returned it, and i lost the voucher and member discount and the delivery charges which were not reversable. The least you could do is provide an exchange option? The discount voucher option is a scam, because the delivery charges are double the voucher. The customer service sucks. Very disappointed and never shopping from here again.

Horrible app, please fire whoever is responsible for it and hire skilled software engineers. At least make it possible to put an item to the shopping cart from the first try! And remove the swipe option in the cart which removes items while it's not the intention. Companies usually do their best to increase sales, and you guys are doing totally opposite 🤡
