The free version is honestly quite good. I didn't except it. Easy to follow workouts that focus on strength, endurance, weight loss & fllexibility. The version you pay for is probably better BUT the free version has what you need to accomplish your goal. To get the free version I had to hit cancel when it asked for payment. Declined it almost 10 times until it loaded the free version. Kept offering a lower price so if you DO want to pay then hit cancel at least once or twice for a better price

I really love this app and would have given it more stars. I started the 30 day challenge which was going really well until day 4 where I received a pop up to buy a yearly subscription. Despite closing the ad multiple times, whenever I press start the ad appears and closing it has not helped as it keeps popping up again. At this point I'm stuck and cannot continue with the challenge, which is a shame.

We appreciate your understanding and will consider making some improvements to bring users more chances to experience more workouts. Updating from 3 starts to 1 (deserves 0). Like other fitness apps that I have used, it gives you a basic workout plan without paying for the premium subscription. However what it doesn't tell you is that it is simply waisting your time because if you want to start day 4 of your workout you cannot do so without paying. I immediately uninstalled this app and I'm going back to one of my previous workout apps that have both a premium and a FREE version, where you can complete your 30-day workout.
