i cant open, The password is always wrong, even though I never change it. The email is also unknown, please provide verification via telephone number, so i can research the password.

Don't even bother to check this app, use other apps from the Bank, it's a whole lot better than this half-baked apps. Ask for too much of personal information, inefficient way of transaction regulation, and too much gimmick to restrain your money out of the apps (OVO point, OVO premier, and other bullsh*t)
