Worst service ever they say grt instance cash within a click and when we try it everytime they have technical issues i will get a pop up as something went wrong please try again later.. i tried contacting you but your customer support sucks it does not provide what i need. I was stuck in IVR it self didn't get a chance to speak your customer support executive

Really worst bank, have charged me late fees twice for this month and still asking for more! Customer service is absolutely worse and unreachable, I am not being able to connect to a single human customer support yet! All they have are automated bots that are not capable to solve anything! This has happened with me twice now! Their system is absolutely garbage, they keep sending warnings about how they will drop my cibil score for bills that were paid months ago! Just update your system!

Update: I have sent an email yesterday. Only received automated response. No update after that. Init: I applied for the FD backed Wow credit card. I tried to increase the limit by adding another FD but I keep on getting error: Account not eligible. You don't have any account eligible for creating fixed deposit. I don't have a savings bank account with IDFC. I just want to be able to increase my limit. If you can do it without a new FD then it would be very helpful.
