Updating to add a star since the issue I previously had, was fixed! Thank you! I have been playing this game for a long time and absolutely love it but at the level I'm at(73), I am realizing the puzzles can take a day or two to finally beat due to lack of moves necessary to complete it or the power ups not actually hitting what they should leaving me a move or two short. Wildlife score to advance to the next level takes FOREVER. It's kind of a bummer. But I'll still keep chugging along!

Update: I got help from them, and i was able to recover my lost progress, which makes me super happy now! BUT, my game is now having the same issue it was having before, it gets stuck on the loading screen every time i get on to play. It didnt do that when i had gotten my gameplay recovered, i was able to play everything like normal, but when i had closed the game and tried getting it on again about a couple hours later, it was stuck on the loading screen the whole time, and still does that! 😭

When I first started playing the game about 4/5 months ago, I loved it. However; a little over a month ago, the game started glitching, & Everytime I try to start the game, it closes. It will do this several times (like more than 10), & then sometimes it will finally open & allow me to play; other times it just keeps closing& will often result in me not being able to play for days at a time. I have already tried several times to uninstall & reinstall the game, but even that hasn't worked.
