The pool play is great. The ads are very irritating. Too much focus on earning tokens, etc. Trying to achieve levels in tournaments is very frustrating. Certain goals seem impossible to achieve. Support is very poor. While it seems like a person responding, you only get standard canned responses. Never an answer to actual questions.

Hey, developers. Playing bots is not fun. They're ruining it for the humans. Even the jerks that say "hurry up" through the whole match are more fun than playing the mindless algorithmic playing style of a program. I can put up with the attempt to make me spend money, the constant advertising, and all the gimmicky jewels, coins, and butterflies, but the fake player bots are the worst. At the cost of losing, I will leave every match that is obviously a bot. Look for the stiff grid like movements.

Ads take too long to load... if they're available at all. Makes a big difference in this game. Also, the recent upgrades did nothing bit slow down the user experience. App makes you wait for their graphics & animation to play out before you can exit a menu or choose an option. Is really annoying. Used to love playing this game until it became all about the monetization (which they can't even get right when error messages stating "ad not loaded" are more common than the ads themselves)
