The app has the components it needs, however, it is riddled with bugs (for a multi-million dollar airline, this should be a top-tier app). Also, a user cannot add a mobile pass except through the one SMS sent - this should be doable through the app and e-mails. Connectivity between the server, user info, and app should be seamless and immediately updated with an active connection. Jetstar has great service, but the app... dev team, do your QA!

Awful. Jetstar recently changed account logins, and now my account is empty. My name, past flights, all gone. I contacted support multiple times, but they refuse to help. This app looks like it was updated at the same time, but this new app just opens browsers in the app, and the app "sites" don't even load or just show a mostly blank page now. All of my years of flying with Jetstar are gone now, and according to the support person, they never happened. What an absolute disregard for customers.

At least now the app works now and I can book flights; before I had to use my laptop to book a flight. However when my Jetstar membership was due, I wasn't able to cancel it either on this app or on laptop and the Jetstar hotline wasn't helpful. As sometimes I like to cancel and re renew at a more convenient time, as it depends on how often I am traveling.
