GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "GMO-PG") was certified as a "Platinum Kurumin" by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 as a "Child-Rearing Support Company" based on the "Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children."
Among the companies that have been certified as "Kurumin," the introduction and use of a support system for balancing childcare and work is progressing, and companies that make efforts at a higher level can be certified.
In order to help our partners (employees) develop their careers over the long term, GMO-PG supports the balance between childcare and work by expanding support measures such as staggered working hours, shortened working hours, and telecommuting, as well as the introduction of the GMO Bears (daycare center), a children's room, a permanent specialized consultation desk, and subsidies for the use of babysitters. GMO-PG will continue to strive to enhance the job satisfaction of its partners, who are the source of corporate growth.
