GAv4 does not send data to newly created GA properties.

If I set up GAv4 and use the UA tracking code from a property that I'd created in the past (10 years ago now). Real time analytics appear in my analytics dashboard even when I run from edit mode.

HOWEVER if I create a NEW property within analytics under a NEW account and use any of WEB, WEB+APP(beta), or, APP(beta) the data does not appear in my analytics dashboard when I run the app.

This is using the exact same tracking while changing ONLY the UA-tracking code on the GAv4 prefab.

As an alternative approach I've tried configuring an app to use FIREBASE - but Firebase Analytics does not support unity DESKTOP apps.
