I can not build a new URL. #1919

Describe the bug
I am unable to build a new URL. The previous URLs worked, but now the same format of information and URLs does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Campaign URL Builder'
Click on 'Log in'
Input 'website URL , campaign ID/source/medium/name'
Click on 'Shorten link' and nothing happened.
5.See error

Expected behavior
It should build a new URL after I click on 'Shorten link'.
