Unable to Create ShortLink

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I am able to input the links and campaign parameters but when I click the "shorten link" button, it does not populate anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Campaign URL Builder Page'
2. Click on 'Enter in any link and campaign parameters'
3. Scroll down to '"Shorten link" button and click. '
4. See error. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
When you click that button, it is supposed to populate a short URL. Nothing populates but the button is able to be clicked.
