Describe the bug
It won't let me click 'shorten link'

To Reproduce
Go to the link and click 'shorten link'

Go to (https://ga-dev-tools.google/campaign-url-builder/)
Click on shorten link (after filling out feilds
See error

Expected behavior
A bitly pop up should appear where I receive the shortened link

Chrome

Additional context
Works fine on my colleagues desktop - but not mine or in an incognito window.
