Repro: Conduct a timespan and trigger layout shifts by interacting with the page.

The LS events won't count towards CLS (assuming had_recent_input is handled correctly see #14402). However, they will still be listed in the layout shift elements diagnostic.

The solution here would probably be to cross reference between the LS events used to calculate CLS and the LS elements listed in TraceElements.
