After the downfall of Argonaut Games, the entire team of the company known as Just Add Monsters (owned by Argonaut) reconvened to form this company, with former Argonaut founder Jez San as its non-executive director. The company is focused on next-generation game design, including the Heavenly Sword project that had already seen over a year and a half of comprehensive next-generation development under Just Add Monsters. Once Heavenly Sword -- an epic adventure designed to showcase the early potential of PlayStation 3 as an exclusive title -- was completed, the team expanded its production to include all next-gen platforms.
