Overworks

Internal Sega development team, formerly known as AM7. Headed up by Noriyoshi Oba, the developer is responsible for Skies of Arcadia, the Sakura Taisen series, and the Shinobi franchise. AM7 changed its name to Overworks in 2000. The company later was folded into Sega when the company decided to consolidate all of its development teams into one big game design outfit.
