Founded in 1986 and based in Edison, NJ, Majesco, Inc. is a developer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment products for a variety of gaming platforms, including Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony Computer Entertainment and Sega hardware systems. Established as one of the first US third-party publishers for Nintendo's Game Boy Advance handheld system, with more than 10 titles in 2001.

in 1999, Majesco established an internal development studio, named Pipe Dream Interactive.
