Bethesda Softworks recently invited members of the gaming press to Park City, Utah, where the publisher revealed some of the games it plans to release in the coming year. The first trailer for Prey 2 is a live-action X-Files meets Cloverfield eye-opener. Bethesda and Human Head Studios are still saving the details on the shooter for gaming mags, but based on this video, it's safe to say Prey 2's storyline will be different from its Native American infused original. Scratch another potential Vaporware Award winner off the list. Prey 2, announced shortly after the original sci-fi shooter from 3D Realms and Human Head Studios shipped in 2006, is alive and well. As announced by ZeniMax Media today, Bethesda Softworks is now working with Human Head on the sequel, and Prey 2 will be released sometime in 2012. Read More »
