Square Enix and Eidos Montreal continued to roll out information about the first DLC pack for Deus Ex: Human Revolution today, providing details on "The Missing Link" and a trailer that indicates Adam Jensen is in for a bumpy ride.

Note: Slight spoilers ahead!

In Human Revolution, protagonist Adam Jensen mysteriously disappears for three days. In The Missing Link, players will find out where he was, and what happened to him. Check the trailer:

"Gamers will be able to experience a vulnerable side of Adam like never before, which gives the overall game a whole new dimension," producer David Anfossi said in a statement. "The Missing Link propels players into compelling gameplay, beginning with Adam being temporarily stripped of his use of augmentations; new, visually stunning environments; and the continuation of Deus Ex: Human Revolution conspiracy-rich story."

The Missing Link rundown from Eidos-Montreal:
After being tortured by Belltower agents and having his augmentations disabled, Adam Jensen must rely solely on his basic capabilities to escape from a freighter, destined for an unknown location. While fighting for his survival on the ship, he uncovers another layer to the conspiracy that he never would have suspected. As Adam, gamers will befriend new, mysterious allies and fight ruthless enemies to discover what was happening in the shadows during the events of Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
The Missing Link will be available for download sometime in October for Windows PCs, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3. Pricing was not announced.

Spy Guy says: Still working my way through Human Revolution, and really enjoying it. The story and setting is awesome, but that enemy AI could use a little work. Fun game, and I'll definitely be up for more cyberpunk adventure in the DLC.
