Tremors

Announced in August 2002 for PS2, Xbox, and PC, Tremors was a single-player third person survival-horror action title based on the movies and television series of the same name. Gameplay elements included finding creative methods to avoid walking on the ground, hiding character's body heat signatures, and battling with ranged and melee weapons against various types of Graboids.

Though an official reason was never clearly given by the developers or Conspiracy Entertainment, Tremors was quietly cancelled sometime in the summer of 2003 shortly after Swedish production studio Starbreeze AB acquired Rock Solid Studios. Problems with Tremors license and likeness rights are unofficially to blame.
