Set in such well known Los Angeles locales as Beverly Hills, Compton, Hollywood, LAX, and Santa Monica, L.A. Rush enables players to participate in a variety of different modes that are highlighted by a free-roaming mission-based gameplay system. Additional features include: highly destructible objects and environments, more than 50 licensed street and concept cars, and creative input from Ride Magazine and West Coast Customs.

If I had all the quarters I pumped into San Francisco Rush arcade cabinets then I could probably put a downpayment on a condo instead of renting like a sucker. The Rush series has kept gamers captivated for more than a decade with its unique and exciting arcade action. It has been awhile since the last Rush game and racers have evolved a great deal since then. The venerable series is set to make a return on the Xbox and PlayStation 2 with L.A. Rush.
