WHO WE ARE

Beijing Elex Technology Co., Ltd. (“ELEX,”“we,”“our” or “us”) is the operator and controller of the App. We respect the privacy rights of our users (“you”,“users” and “user”).

We are a valid licensee and participating member of the Entertainment Software Rating Board’s Privacy Certified Program (“ESRB Privacy Certified”). To protect your privacy, we have voluntarily undertaken this privacy initiative and have had the App reviewed and ESRB Privacy Certified to meet established online information, collection, use, and disclosure practices. As a licensee of this privacy program, we are subject to audits of the Application and other enforcement and accountability mechanisms administered independently by ESRB Privacy Certified.

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND SOURCES OF INFORMATION

ELEX collects information you may provide directly via the Application, certain technical information automatically, and information from third parties. Some of the information we collect may identify you personally (whether alone or in combination). This is considered personal information.

We collect three main sources of personal information: (1) information you provide by interacting with our App; (2) information provided by your device, and (3) information from third-party sites or platforms that you link with your registration account.

The categories of information we collect are identifiers/contact information, demographic information (such as gender and age), commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, audio, electronic, visual or similar information, and inferences drawn from the above. This includes:
  • personal information you provide when you create an account, contact us to request customer support or make a purchase, e.g. first name, surname, country of residence, email address, username, password;
  • other personal information you provide when interacting with the App, e.g. information you provide in one-to-one, group, Clan or State chats, photos that you upload as an avatar or to customer support;
  • personal information provided to us when you link to a third-party service (e.g. Google/Facebook) with your TWD account, e.g. encrypted ID information that allows us to save your game progress, your name and your profile picture;
  • information collected automatically from and about the device(s) you use to access the Application (e.g. Internet Protocol (IP) address, type of device, operating system, language settings, device IDs, mobile advertising IDs (e.g., for Android users, the GPS ADID also known as the “Google Play Services ID for Android”), usage data (including the features of the App you use, and when and how often you use the App), and general location (country and, at times, city). This information is collected automatically using third-party SDKs or software development kits. An SDK is a code embedded in an app that sends information about your use to a server. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track" of your privacy setting on your device, our third parties and we will not continue to collect and share IDFA(The Identifier for Advertisers) which will be used for targeted advertising and marketing.

You are not obliged to provide us with any personal information. However, only those with an account on the App can use it. In addition, some parts of the App may be unavailable or may not function as intended without relevant personal information being provided (e.g. you will not be able to use the chat function without providing content to the chat; you will not be able to play your game on multiple devices without linking to a Facebook or Google account that is accessible from those devices).

The App should not be used to – and nor do we seek to – capture any sensitive persona date, i.e. data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or criminal behavior; genetic data, biometric data, health data; or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

CHAT CONTENT

Content that you choose to include in chats (e.g. one-on-one chats, State chats, Clan chats, group chats, chats with Customer Service) will be visible to the audience included on your chat. Please do not include anything in a chat that you do not wish the relevant audience to see. [When users are added to an existing chat, they will be able to see any earlier discussion threads.] Please take care whenever you disclose personal information to other users or in non-private forums. We cannot control the way in which others use the information you have posted in these forums. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use the personal information collected from you or your device(s):
  • to operate, manage, and provide you with, the App;
  • to process payments and perform services requested by you;
  • to communicate with you, including in response to any customer service requests that you make;
  • to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, information regarding changes to our policies, and support and administrative messages;
  • to monitor and analyze aggregate trends, usage and activities;
  • to improve the App or other ELEX websites, applications, products, or services (including for internal research and demographic studies);
  • to send you messages or personalized information about our games, your scores, new features, contests, special offers, and more, including for marketing and promotional purposes;
  • to provide you with targeted advertisements, marketing and promotional materials and to measure their effectiveness where lawful (N.B. you may still view non-targeted marketing in-App even if you choose not to receive targeted marketing);
  • to prevent and address fraud, breach of policies or terms, and threats of harm;
  • to share information with a third party who takes over any or all of our assets (in which case personal information we hold about you may be one of the assets the third party takes over).

LEGAL GROUNDS FOR USING YOUR INFORMATION

We process your personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We normally process personal information as necessary to provide the services set out in a contract, when it is in our or a third party’s legitimate interests or where it is required or allowed by applicable laws. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION We share personal information about you in the circumstances set out below.
  • Within Elex’s Group: We may share your information with our related entities, including our parent and sister companies. For example, we may share your information with our affiliates for customer support, marketing, or technical operations. Where we share your personal information with our affiliates, they handle your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • Third Party Providers. We share your information with our third-party service providers, which may include agents, vendors, and consultants, among others. Service providers assist us with operating the App and provide us with other services, including marketing and promotional services. We put in place terms with our third party providers to protect your personal information in accordance with the law.
  • Security and Compelled Disclosure. We may share your information to comply with the law or other legal processes, and where required, in response to requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requests. We may also share your information in connection with an investigation of fraud, harassment, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal, a violation of our policies, or may expose you or us to legal liability. We may also share your information to protect the rights, property, life, health, security, and safety of us, the Application or a third party.
  • Mergers or Acquisition. In the event of, or during negotiations of, an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, your information may be shared with ELEX's successors or assigns or other third parties (including professional advisers) involved in the event.


Marketing and Advertising We also share personal information with our Marketing and Advertising Partners in order to market our App and to present advertising in the App as follows:

  • Marketing Partners. We share your information, including personal information, with our partners in connection with offering you co-branded services, marketing, promoting, advertising selling or distributing our products or the products of our partners, or engaging in joint marketing activities.
  • Advertising Partners. We share your information, including advertising IDs, with third parties for purposes of providing you with advertisements. Our advertising partners include Facebook and Google, but we may use other advertising partners as well.

  • Opt out of receiving personalized ads in your Facebook account.


We may share aggregated information that does not specifically identify you or de-identified information about you with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, except as prohibited by law.

Except as set out above and in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose, sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. Back to top

The App may contain links to third-party websites or other online services. When you provide information to a third-party website or other online service, that information may be separately collected by the third party and is subject to the third-party site or platform’s privacy practices (and not this Privacy Policy). Privacy choices you have made on the third-party websites or other online services will not apply to our use of the information we have collected directly through the App.

We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or practices of any other websites or online services, or for the actions of the companies responsible for those websites and online services. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, which is defined in a way that may include the transfer of data to third parties to personalize the ads you see in the App or to market our Apps others. As described above in “How We Share Your Information", we transfer personal data including identifiers/contact information, demographic information (such as gender and age), commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, audio, electronic, visual or similar information, and inferences drawn from the above to our Marketing and Advertising partners listed in “Marketing and Advertising” and you may opt-out directly through those partners as described.

You or your authorized agent may also opt out of the 'sale' of your information by contacting us at twdsupport@elex.com or by submitting a request in the Privacy Hub of the App, and we will not transfer your personal information after you opt-out to our advertising partners. You will still see ads in the game, they will just be less relevant to you.

  • You may request deletion of personal information


You can delete all personal information we have about you by accessing the settings in your game or by submitting a request in the Privacy Hub of the App.

  • You will not be treated with discrimination should you exercise these rights.

DATA RETENTION POLICY

We set retention periods for personal information taking into account the following criteria:
the purpose for which it was collected;
  • how long it is reasonable to keep records to show we have met the obligations we have to you and by law;
  • any time limits for making a claim or for relevant proceedings; and
  • any retention periods for information that are required or permitted by law or recommended by regulators, industry bodies or associations.

Our games are played online by players around the world, using global platforms and systems. This means that your personal information may be transferred outside of your home country, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

NOTE TO PARENTS

The App is not directed to or appropriate for users under 18 years old (“Children” or “Child”). We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from Children. However, we do collect information, including personal information, from all users of the Application, as explained further in Personal Information and Its Use below. If you believe we may have unintentionally collected personal information from your Child, please Contact Us immediately.

In addition, we urge you to instruct your Children to never give out their real names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information when online, unless you have given them permission to do so. We also recommend you familiarize yourself with the parental controls available on the devices you provide to your Child (e.g., mobile phones and tablets) and keep a watchful eye on your Child’s online activity.   • 当社は、Facebook、Googleアカウントその他の外部サービスとの連携又は外部サービスを利用した認証にあたり、当該外部サービス運営会社に利用者の情報を提供することがあります。
  • 法律上・公官庁からの開示要求に基づく共有
  • 裁判所、警察、税務署、消費者センター、その他の法律や条例などで認められた権限を持つ機関から要請がある場合には、これに応じてお客様の許可なく情報を開示させていただくことがあります。
  • 売却又は合併に基づく共有
  • 当社が組織再編、合併又は譲渡をした場合、当社が取得した個人情報の全部又は一部を関係者に移転することがあります。


第4条 取得した情報の破棄

当社が取得した個人情報は、当社による通常の事業運営に照らして、合理的に不要と判断される時点で破棄します。

‘회사’는 본 개인정보처리(취급)방침을 통해 회원이 제공하는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있는지, ‘회사’가 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 어떠한 노력을 기울이고 있는지를 알려드리고자 합니다.

제1조 수집·이용하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집 방법

- 상품권 결제 제휴사의 ID, 연계정보(CI)
③이벤트 당첨자의 제세공과금 부과를 위한 경우, 회원의 별도 동의 하에 아래의 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 위 개인 정보의 수집·이용을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만, 개인 정보의 수집·이용을 거부할 경우 서비스 일부 또는 전체의 이용이 어려울 수 있습니다.

제2조 개인 정보의 수집·이용 목적

회사가 수집하는 개인정보의 이용목적은 아래와 같습니다.
①모바일 게임 이용 시 수집하는 정보의 이용목적
- 게임 서비스 제공 계약의 이행 및 요금정산, 고객관리 및 부정이용 방지, 신규 서비스 개발을 위한 통계자료 작성, 마케팅 또는 광고의 활용
②자동 생성·수집되는 정보의 이용목적
- 신규 서비스 개발 또는 특화, 편의성 및 서비스 개선, 광고 게재, 접속 빈도 등 서비스 이용에 대한 통계, 분쟁 또는 이용, 불만 등에 대한 민원처리, 불량 이용자 이용제한 등
③유료서비스 이용 시 수집하는 정보의 이용목적
- 본인확인 및 요금 결제 정보 확인

제3조 개인 정보의 보유 및 이용기간

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 동의 받은 기간 동안 보유하고 이용하며 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적이 달성되거나 보유기간 만료 시 지체없이 파기하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
단, 회원 탈퇴 등으로 인해 수집 및 이용 동의가 철회되거나 개인정보 도용 등에 따라 피해자 보호가 필요할 경우 내부 정산 처리 또는 피해 복구를 위해 최대 14일간 정보를 한시적으로 보유할 수 있으며 만약 타 서비스와 연계된 경우 최대 30일간 보유한 후 재생할 수 없는 방법으로 완전히 파기합니다.
또한 마지막 접속 이후 1년 동안 접속 이력이 없는 장기 미 이용자의 개인정보는 안전한 방법을 통해 해당 정보를 별도 보관하거나 파기하는 등의 조치를 취합니다. 이러한 경우 개인정보 유효기간 만료일과 조치가 취해지는 개인정보 항목에 대해 조치일 30일 전까지 이용자에게 통지하며 게임 서비스를 계속 이용하시고자 하는 경우 마지막 로그인 1년 이내에 재 로그인 하시기를 요청 드립니다.
이 외에 수집 목적 또는 제공 받은 목적이 달성된 경우에도 상법 등 법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요성이 있는 경우, 내부방침 및 기타 관련법령에 의한 정보보호 사유가 있는 경우 회사는 관련법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 회원정보를 보관합니다. 이 경우 회사는 보관하는 정보를 그 보관의 목적으로만 이용하며 보존기간은 아래와 같습니다.

[150일 연속 로그인하지 않거나 본 앱을 사용하지 않고 시청 등급이 10등급 이하이며 게임 내 충전하지 않은 경우 계정 정보를 삭제하거나 익명 처리하여 연동 해제하는 것이 일반적입니다.당사의 제3자 서비스 제공업체는 고객 서비스 요청 또는 문의와 관련하여 제공한 개인정보를 요청 또는 문의일로부터 1년 이내에 삭제합니다.]

회사는 서비스 향상을 위해서 아래와 같이 개인 정보의 취급을 위탁하고 있습니다. 회사는 관계법령에 따라 개인 정보 취급 위탁 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리될 수 있도록 필요한 사항을 규정, 운영하고 있습니다.

회사는 디바이스 게임 서비스 이행을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 국외로 이전하고 있습니다.

제7조 개인 정보의 공유 및 제공

회사는 회원의 개인 정보를 수집 시 고지한 목적 내에서 사용하며, 원칙적으로 회원의 사전 동의 없이는 회원의 개인 정보를 외부에 공개하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
①회원이 사전에 공개에 동의한 경우
②홈페이지에 게시한 서비스 이용약관이나 기타 회원 서비스 등 이용약관 또는 정책을 위반한 경우
③서비스를 이용하여 타인에게 정신적, 물질적 피해를 줌으로써 그에 대한 법적인 조치를 취하기 위하여 개인 정보를 공개해야 한다고 판단되는 충분한 근거가 있는 경우
④기타 법에 의해 요구된다고 선의로 판단되는 경우

제8조 개인 정보의 파기절차 및 방법

회사는 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기하며 파기 절차와 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
①파기절차
회원이 회원가입 등을 위해 입력한 정보 또는 본인확인기관 등의 제휴사로부터 제공받은 정보 등 회사가 수집/이용한 정보는 이용목적이 달성된 후 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 보관 기간 동안 저장된 후 파기됩니다.
②파기방법
- 종이에 출력된 개인 정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.
- 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인 정보 기록은 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

제9조 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법

회원 및 법정 대리인은 언제든지 개인 정보의 제공 동의 철회(회원 탈퇴)를 할 수 있습니다.
개인 정보의 제공 동의 철회를 위해서는 서비스 내 “회원 탈퇴” 또는 “계정 삭제”를 클릭하여 탈퇴를 진행하거나, 고객센터를 통해 개인 정보의 제공 동의 철회가 가능합니다. 또한, 등록되어 있는 자신 혹은 만 14세 미만 아동(법정대리인에 한함)의 개인 정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있습니다.
회원이 개인 정보의 오류에 대한 정정을 요청하신 경우에는 정정을 완료하기 전까지 당해 개인 정보를 이용 또는 제공하지 않습니다. 또한 잘못된 개인 정보를 제3 자에게 이미 제공한 경우에는 정정 처리결과를 제3자에게 지체 없이 통지하여 정정이 이루어지도록 하겠습니다.
회사는 회원 혹은 법정 대리인의 요청에 의해 해지 또는 삭제된 개인 정보는 제3조에 명시된 바에 따라 처리하고 그 외의 용도로 열람 또는 이용할 수 없도록 처리하고 있습니다.

제10조 개인 정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치/운영 및 거부에 관한 사항

회사는 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공하거나 편의성 증진을 목적으로 이용자의 정보를 저장하고 수시로 불러오는 '쿠키(Cookie)'를 사용할 수 있습니다. 쿠키(Cookie)는 웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버가 이용자의 브라우저에게 보내는 아주 작은 텍스트 파일로서 이용자 컴퓨터의 하드 디스크에 저장됩니다.이용자가 회사와 관련된 웹 사이트에 방문할 경우 웹 사이트 서버는 이용자의 하드 디스크에 저장되어 있는 쿠키의 내용을 읽어 이용자의 환경설정을 유지하고 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 됩니다.
이용자는 웹 브라우저에서 옵션을 변경함으로써 모든 쿠키를 허용하거나 쿠키가 저장될 때마다 확인을 거치거나 또는 모든 쿠키의 저장을 거부하는 등 쿠키(Cookie) 사용에 대해 자율적으로 선택할 수 있습니다.
그러나 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 경우 회사가 제공하는 일부 서비스 이용에 있어 제한이 발생할 수 있습니다.

제11조 개인 정보의 기술적, 관리적 보호대책

회사는 회원의 개인 정보를 취급함에 있어 개인 정보가 분실, 도난, 유출, 변조, 훼손되지 않고 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 다음과 같은 기술적 및 관리적 대책을 강구하고 있습니다.
회사는 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의해 회원의 개인 정보가 유출되거나 훼손되는 것을 막기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
개인 정보의 훼손에 대비해서 자료를 수시로 백업하고 있고 최신 백신 프로그램을 이용하여 회원의 개인 정보나 자료가 유출되거나 손상되지 않도록 방지하고 있으며 암호 알고리즘 등을 통하여 네트워크상에서 개인 정보를 안전하게 전송할 수 있도록 하고 있습니다. 그리고 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있으며, 기타 시스템적으로 안정성을 확보하기 위한 가능한 모든 기술적 장치를 갖추려 노력하고 있습니다.
회사는 회원의 개인 정보 관련 취급을 담당자에 한정시키고 있고 이를 위한 별도의 비밀번호를 부여하여 정기적으로 갱신하고 있으며 담당자에 대한 수시 교육을 통하여 회사의 개인 정보 처리(취급) 방침의 준수를 항상 강조하고 있습니다.
그리고 사내 전담기구 등을 통하여 회사의 개인 정보 처리(취급) 방침의 이행사항 및 담당자의 준수 여부를 확인하여 문제가 발견될 경우 즉시 수정하고 바로잡을 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다.
회사가 제공하는 서비스는 디바이스 기기를 기반으로 한 서비스입니다. 디바이스 기기 분실 시 개인 정보가 유출될 수 있으므로 디바이스 기기를 분실하지 않도록 주의하셔야 하며, 화면 잠금 기능 또는 패턴 기능 등의 보안 서비스를 설정하셔서 사용하시는 것을 권장합니다.
또한 회원의 개인 정보는 비밀번호로 안전하게 보호되고 있으며, 회원ID 및 비밀번호의 관리 책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 만약 회원이 제3자에게 회원ID나 비밀번호를 알려주거나 기기를 분실하는 등 회원 본인의 부주의로 중요 개인 정보가 유출해 발생한 문제에 대해 회사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다.

• 我們如何蒐集和利用您的個人資料
我們僅會出於本隱私政策所述的以下目的,遵循合法、正當、必要的原則,蒐集、處理和利用遊戲功能所必要的您的個人資料:
o 遊戲登錄
當您登錄遊戲時,我們會蒐集您的登錄設備資訊,包括但不限於IMEI號碼、Mac位址或Openudid用於標記或驗證您的遊戲用戶身份。
您登錄遊戲後我們鼓勵您綁定GameCenter帳戶,以使用此帳戶在多臺設備上玩遊戲保護您的遊戲進度;開啟帳號鎖功能時蒐集郵件地址通過發送驗證碼來設定帳號安全密碼,來保護您的帳號安全;您也可以設置關聯手機和關聯郵件。這些綁定、關聯和補充提供的個人資料由您主動提供,會增加您帳號的安全性並便利您在更換設備繼續遊戲進程。如您拒絕提供,並不會影響您享受遊戲服務。
如果您是安卓版遊戲用戶,鑒於安卓版遊戲由多家遊戲發行通路商負責營運,您將根據不同通路商使用不同安卓通路商的使用者註冊和登錄系統登錄遊戲。當您登錄遊戲時向安卓通路商提交的個人資料以及通路商對您的個人資料的蒐集範圍、利用目的和保護原則,以通路商公佈的隱私政策為準,請您務必仔細閱讀。通路商蒐集您的個人資料並不與我們共用。
o 消費和交易
如您選擇遊戲中的消費和交易服務:
■ 如您以新臺幣購買虛擬貨幣,對於IOS版遊戲用戶,我們會蒐集您的儲值紀錄資訊,以便您查詢您的交易紀錄。對於IOS版遊戲使用者,您的儲值紀錄由通路商蒐集和利用,具體以通路商公開的隱私政策為準。
■ 對於您在遊戲內有關虛擬資產的消費和交易,我們會保留您的消費和交易紀錄,同時盡最大程度保護您的虛擬資產的安全。
o 遊戲社交
■ 遊戲中您可以使用添加好友、即時通訊以及資訊發佈的社交功能。使用這些服務時,您的個人資料(如暱稱、性別、頭像照片等)將會被查詢或公開。此外,您可以在遊戲中通過文字、圖片、語音、影片及其他方式與好友互動,您也可以在遊戲中或遊戲論壇進行文字、圖片、語音、影片形式的資訊發佈,請您注意在資訊發佈時謹慎揭露涉及個人的隱私性或敏感性資訊。您的通信內容和發佈內容將授權我們出於資訊內容安全的目的進行儲存和審查。
■ 如您希望透過語音、影片與其他遊戲玩家互動、直播或者錄製影片,在您授權同意後,本服務會訪問您設備的麥克風、攝像頭,為您提供語音聊天、直播互動、影片錄製等功能。
o 客戶服務
• 為了向您提供遊戲服務,我們客服人員以及遊戲中的熱心用戶擔任的遊戲MOD將使用您主動提供的電子郵件位址、手機號碼、社群帳號等方式與您聯繫。同時,為了驗證您的身份以及解決您的客戶服務需求,我們可能還需要您提供遊戲帳號、身份證資訊、消費紀錄等。
o 提供遊戲服務
• 當您登錄帳號開始遊戲時,我們將蒐集您的遊戲操作資訊,包括登錄日誌、物品日誌、遊戲對局資訊、交紀錄、消費紀錄等,以便您能夠在客戶端查看您的遊戲歷史紀錄,同時,我們也會使用這些遊戲操作資訊用於遊戲營運統計分析、客服投訴處理及其他遊戲安全分析。
• 我們可能隨時在遊戲內或遊戲外(例如論壇)發起一系列活動,例如用戶滿意度調查、用戶體驗計畫、邀請參加測試、參與競賽報名或促銷活動等,您可以根據意願自主決定參與並按照我們要求提供個人資料,包括但不限於年齡、性別、聯繫地址、職業、教育背景等。
o 安全保障及改善產品或服務。
• 為保障您正常使用我們的服務,維護遊戲基礎功能的正常運行,優化遊戲產品性能,提升您的遊戲體驗並保障您的帳號安全,打擊破壞遊戲公平環境或干擾、破壞遊戲服務正常進行的行為,我們將蒐集您在使用本服務時的設備資訊或個人行為資訊,包括:
■ 設備的軟硬體資訊以及您通過開啟的設備設置允許我們接收的資訊,例如,設備型號、作業系統版本、設備識別字(如IDFA或IDFV)等資訊;軟體的版本號、瀏覽器類型。
■ 設備連接和網路狀態資訊,如使用的語言或IP位址。
■ 服務日誌資訊。我們會記錄您使用我們產品的時間和上一次使用時間,以及您在我們的產品中查看和停留資訊,遊戲進程及遊戲崩潰紀錄,以便我們優化產品和服務。
o 設備許可權
• 我們在遊戲安裝時不會向您獲取任何設備許可權,在遊戲使用過程中,如果需要某些設備許可權,我們向您說明用途並取得您的同意,您開啟這些許可權即代表您授權我們可以蒐集和利用這些資訊來實現相應功能。包括:我們需要獲得您的設備讀寫儲存許可權以便儲存圖片檔;讀取您的本機號碼和設備ID,以保證帳號登錄的安全性,但我們不會讀取您的通話狀態或撥打其他號碼或終止通話;獲得您的地理位置資訊在遊戲中的社交功能展現您所在的城市;獲得麥克風和攝像頭許可權以便開啟語音聊天、直播互動、視頻錄製等功能;我們如需在應用內安裝其他應用亦會獲得您的同意。您可以通過設備設置取消部分授權,我們則無法為您提供上述與這些授權所對應的功能。
o 其他
■ 鑒於我們向您提供的功能和服務是不斷更新和發展的,如果某一功能或服務未在前述說明中且蒐集了您的資訊,我們會通過頁面提示、交互流程等方式另行向您說明資訊蒐集的內容、範圍和目的,以獲得您的同意。
■ 但是,根據相關法律法規及國家標準,以下情形中,我們可能會蒐集、處理的相關個人資料無需徵求您的授權同意:
■ 法律明文規定;
■ 與您有契約或類似契約之關係,且已採取適當之安全措施;

o 我們的資料安全能力:我們構建強大的資料安全保護體系,包括對使用者資訊進行識別、加密保存、資料存取權限劃分;制定內部資料管理制度和操作規程,從資料的獲取、使用、銷毀都有嚴格的流程要求,避免使用者隱私資料被非法使用;確定接觸使用者個人資料的各部門及其負責人安全管理責任;建立使用者個人資料蒐集、利用及其相關活動的工作流程和安全管理制度; 對工作人員及代理人實行許可權管理,對批量匯出、複製、銷毀個人資料實行審查,並採取防洩密措施;妥善保管記錄使用者個人資料的紙介質、光介質、電磁介質等載體,並採取相應的安全儲存措施;對儲存使用者個人資料的資訊系統實行接入審查,並採取防入侵、防病毒等措施;定期對員工開展個人資料保護的相關培訓。
o 我們會採取一切合理可行的措施,確保未蒐集無關的個人資料。我們只會在本隱私政策所述目的所需的期限內保留您的個人資料,除非取得您的同意需要延長保留期或受到法律的允許。
o 網際網路環境並非百分之百安全,我們將盡力確保或擔保您發送給我們的任何資訊的安全性。如果我們的物理、技術、或管理防護設施遭到破壞,導致資訊被非授權訪問、公開揭露、篡改、或毀壞,導致您的合法權益受損,我們將承擔相應的法律責任。
o 在不幸發生個人資料安全事件後,我們將按照法律法規的要求,及時向您告知:安全事件的基本情況和可能的影響、我們已採取或將要採取的處置措施、您可自主防範和降低風險的建議、對您的補救措施等。我們將及時將事件相關情況以郵件、信函、電話、推送通知等方式告知您,難以逐一告知個人資料主體時,我們會採取合理、有效的方式發佈公告。
• 同時,我們還將按照 相關主管機關要求,主動上報個人資料安全事件的處置情況。
o 若您發現您的個人資料 遭揭露時,請您立即通過本隱私政策約定的聯繫方式與我們聯繫,以便我們及時採取相應措施。
• 您的權利
• 我們將按照中華民國相關的法律、法規、標準,參考其他國家、地區的通行做法,我們將努力保障您對自己的個人資料行使以下權利:
o 查詢或請求閱覽您的個人資料。
• 您可以通過「設置-帳號」查詢或請求閱覽 您的個人資料。如果您無法通過前述途徑訪問個人資料,您可以隨時通過第九部分的聯繫方式聯繫我們,我們將在合理期限內回覆您的訪問請求。
o 補充或更正您的個人資料。
• 您可以通過「設置-帳號」對您已綁定的帳號資訊及個人資料進行補充或更正 。如果您無法通過前述途徑更 正個人資料,您可以隨時通過第九部分的聯繫方式聯繫我們,我們將在合理期限內回覆您的更正請求。
o 刪除您的個人資料。
• 您可以隨時通過第九部分的聯繫方式聯繫我們,向我們提出刪除個人資料的請求,特別是在以下情況發生時:
■ 如果我們處理個人資料的行為違反法律法規;
■ 如果我們蒐集、利用您的個人資料,卻未取得您的同意;
■ 如果我們處理個人資料的行為違反了與您的約定;
■ 如果您不再使用我們的產品或服務,或您登出了帳號;
■ 如果我們不再為您提供產品或服務。
• 若我們決定響應您的刪除請求,我們還將同時通知從我們獲得您的個人資料的實體,要求其及時刪除,除非法律或法規另有規定,或這些實體獲得您的獨立授權。
• 當您從我們的服務中刪除資訊後,我們可能不會立即備份系統中刪除相應的資訊,但會在備份更新時刪除這些資訊。
o 數據保留政策
•我們在製定個人資訊保存期時,會考慮以下準則:蒐集資訊目的;
•記錄保留的合理期限,以示我們已履行對您應承擔以及法律規定的義務。
•提出賠償或相關訴訟的任何時限;以及

•[如果您連續150個自然日未登入或使用本應用程式,且您的市政廳等級低於或等於10級,並且您未在遊戲內進行任何儲值,我們會將您的帳號資訊進行刪除或匿名處理,並解除綁定。我們的第三方服務提供商會在您提出請求或查詢之日起一年內刪除您提供的與客戶服務請求或查詢相關的任何個人資訊。 ]
o 改變您授權同意的範圍。
• 對於 您的個人資料的蒐集和利用,您可以隨時 收回您的授權同意或請求停止蒐集、處理或利用您的個人資料。您可以通過更改手機設備中的相機、麥克風、通訊錄等存取權限或更改瀏覽器功能設置、更改產品的設置選項,或者向我們第九部分的聯繫方式發送通知的方式改變授權同意的範圍。當您收回同意後,我們將不再處理相應的個人資料。但您收回同意的決定,不會影響此前基於您的授權而開展的個人資料處理。
o 個人資料主體登出帳戶
• 您隨時通過第九部分的聯繫方式申請登出帳戶。在註銷帳戶之後,我們將停止為您提供產品或服務,並依據您的要求,刪除您的個人資料或進行匿名化處理,法律或法規另有規定 者除外。
• 請注意,若您在登出時存在需要您履行義務的事宜,且在法律法規允許的範圍內,您的註銷申請不會被立即支持。當您確認登出成功後,帳戶資訊、個人身份證資訊、交易紀錄等將無法恢復或提供;但您仍應對您在註銷帳號前且使用平臺服務期間的行為承擔相應責任。
o 個人資料主體獲取個人資料副本
• 您有權在中華民國法律法規支持範圍內獲取我們所蒐集的您的個人資料副本,您可以透過聯繫我們索取上述資訊的副本。
• 在技術可行的前提下,例如資料介面匹配,我們還可按您的要求,直接將您的個人資料副本傳輸給您指定的協力廠商。
o 回應您的上述請求
• 為保障安全,您可能需要提供書面請求,或以其他方式證明您的身份。我們可能會先要求您驗證自己的身份,然後再處理您的請求。一般情況下我們將在三十天內回覆您的權利請求。如您不滿意,還可以通過第九部分的聯繫方式進行投訴。
• 對於您合理的請求,我們原則上不收取費用,但對多次重複、超出合理限度的請求,我們將視情況收取一定成本費用。對於那些無端重複、需要過多技術手段(例如,需要開發新系統或從根本上改變現行慣例)、給他人合法權益帶來風險或者非常不切實際(例如,涉及備份磁帶上存放的資訊)的請求,我們可能會予以拒絕。
• 請注意,我們響應您的上述請求僅針對由我們按照本隱私政策蒐集和產生的個人資料。如果是由通路商蒐集、利用的個人資料,請您按照通路商公開的隱私政策向通路商主張您的權利。
o 在以下情形中,按照中華民國法律法規要求,我們將無法回應您的請求:
■ 與國家安全、國防安全直接相關的;
■ 與公共安全、公共衛生、重大公共利益直接相關的;
■ 與犯罪偵查、起訴、審判和判決執行等直接相關的;
■ 有充分證據表明您存在主觀惡意或濫用權利的;
■ 響應您的請求將導致您或其他個人、組織的合法權益受到嚴重損害的;

• 我們如何處理 未成年的個人資料
o 我們高度重視防範未成年人沉迷遊戲以及未成年人個人資料的保護問題。我們的服務僅限20歲以上的用戶使用,如果您未滿20歲,請您立即停止使用我們的服務。
o 我們將統一視20 歲以下之用戶為未成年人 ,我們原則上不會蒐集和處理未成年 的個人資料,除非得到未成年人以及其法定代理人的同意。
o 您應明確瞭解,若我們在服務過程中發現或懷疑您未滿20 歲 ,則我們可以隨時中止或終止向您提供服務,直至您向我們提供您已滿20 歲的證明或您以及您的法定代理人同意我們蒐集您的個人資料。如果我們發現自己在不知情的情況下蒐集 未成年的個人資料,則會設法儘快刪除相關資料。
• 您的個人資料如何在全球範圍轉移
o 我們在中華民國境內蒐集和產生的個人資料將在中華民國境內儲存。
o 基於遊戲的性質為國際同服策略對戰遊戲,我們有可能在中華民國法律允許之範圍內,將您的個人註冊資訊以及在遊戲中產生的紀錄或日誌資訊(如登錄日誌、物品日誌等)等個人資料傳輸到境外伺服器。屆時,我們將遵循出境地相關法律法規的要求,確保您的個人資料得到在中華民國境內足夠同等的保護,包括但不限於履行 相關主管機關要求的個人資料安全影響評估要求,並根據要求進行備案手續,在跨境資料轉移之前實施資料去標識化等安全舉措等。
o 如果基於您作為個人資料主體的國籍或其他原因,需適用中華民國法律之外的其他準據法管轄,我們建議您諮詢適用法國家相關專家,如無法確保您的個人資料受到您所主張的充分的保護時,請您終止使用我們的服務。
• 本隱私政策如何更新
o 請您理解,由於我們的遊戲服務不斷更新和發展,我們將努力貫徹「隱私保護設計」的理念,完善我們的產品設計,通過頁面提示、公告或交互流程等方式及時向您說明個人資料蒐集的內容、範圍和目的,作為本隱私政策的必要補充。
o 未經您明確同意,我們不會削減您按照本隱私政策所應享有的權利。我們會發佈對本隱私政策的更新版本。對於重大變更,我們還會提供更為顯著的通知(包括對於某些服務,我們會通過電子郵件發送通知,說明本隱私政策的具體變更內容)。
