Update DXE look-up Use 2 evnironment variables: - LD_LIBRARY_PATH - for user to override - SYSTEM_DXE_PATH - to define DJGPP own DXE search directories Currently LD_LIBRARY_PATH is defined to have the same value as earlier for compatbility with old builds of DJGPP software Directories provided in LD_LIBRARY_PATH are searched before ones specified in SYSTEM_DXE_PATH
Remove multiple occurences of %INFOPATH% and %MANPATH% from the INFOPATH and MANPATH environment variables. Regards, Juan M. Guerrero
Modern GNU packages store info docs and man pages in /share/info and /share/man. For all packages I have ported I have adopted this rule too, instead of changing the installation paths in the makefiles so that the docs go in to the old djgpp instalaltion dirs ($DJDIR/info and $DJDIR/man). A first change required to djdev204 to reflect this new situation is to modify the INFOPATH and MANPATH in djgpp.env accordingly. Of coarse, probably a copy of the dir file needs to be placed in $DJDIR/share/info too. This file will have to reflect the new paths too. Regards, Juan M. Guerrero
Add LD_LIBRARY_PATH to support dlopen() locations.
Roll up of other updates to 1.13 into v2_03_1 branch.

Add + to bison and enscript environment sections so values may be set via real environment variables without needing to edit DJGPP.ENV
Use bright white on bright red for colour of orphaned symlinks with ls, dir, vdir
Add colours for normal & orphaned symlinks to LS_COLORS
Remove "DJGPP" from the [rhide] entry for g77.
Allow for the user to override $LESS and $PAGER in the environment. Allow $MANPATH to be empty in the user's environment.
Add [grep], [fgrep] and [egrep] sections that define GREP_OPTIONS, in preparation for Grep 2.4.
Add a RHIDE section.
