Partnership Manager

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our playAWARDS Rewards Partnership team. As a Partnership Manager at playSTUDIOS, you will work collaboratively with other members of the rewards team to help manage the existing portfolio of Rewards Partners. Making Optimization, engagement, and marketing as standards for successful management of the Rewards funnel.

 

This is a hybrid position for candidates in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • To drive mutual marketing campaigns for playSTUDIOS and the Partner
  • Maintain and grow the KPIs for each account and Program
  • Meet with Rewards Partners regularly and review KPIs
  • Advise Partner on marketing and technology solutions to improve marketing performance
  • Keep Partner engaged with the Platform
  • Construct and negotiate offers that meet expectations of playSTUDIOS, our Rewards Partners, and Players.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our Rewards Partners' businesses.
  • Be able to position our Rewards Platform as a marketing solution
  • Work with internal support functions to ensure that every Offer goes live on the Platform
  • Participate in Weekly Staff and Partner Status Meetings; must be flexible with other time zones Central & East Coast, UK, HK, and Australia

 

Requirements

 

  • 4+ years of experience in Relationship Management and Slot Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate use of Google Suite of products
  • Experience creating dynamic presentations 
  • Hospitality experience
  • Ability to travel globally 3-4 times a quarter
  • Must have a valid passport
  • Ability to work in office 2-3 days per week
