Everyone who knows this character will have recognized her by now; for those of you who don't, she's Anthy Himemiya, one of the main characters of Revolutionary Girl Utena. All four versions of the series are steeped in heavy and complex symbolism, but none of it actually means anything, so the plot is much simpler than it appears.
This storyline takes place the year after the end of the TV series. If you haven't seen it, don't worry: all the relevant backstory will be explained within the strip.
