For those who haven't yet caught on, the characters have all switched from their Hellsing TV series designs and color schemes to their Hellsing Ultimate OVA designs and color schemes. This will cause a bit of confusion as the timeline sorts itself out, but eventually their memories will all be in order.
It's like when you wake up from a dream, and you're confused for a moment about what really happened, but then your brain straightens itself out; and unless you write it down, the only hint that you experienced the dream-events at all will be if some remark during the day makes you think, "Hey, shooting plasma beams at limos in a floating red egg in outer space! . . . why did I never suspect that might be a dream?"
