Returns and exchange 

If the you wish to return an item, please contact our customer care team at contact@choseit.com quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

I received the wrong item

If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether  a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Faulty item

If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer care team quoting the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us during office hours by email to contact@choseit.com, we cancel the items production only before the goods have been placed into production. Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. If you still wish to cancel the order beyond this point 100% of the order will still be charged. Generally items are entered nearly immediately from order during office hours of 7am until 6pm (GMT) therefore it is imperative that you send us the email as soon as possible.

Misspellings

If you have spelt something incorrect, such as “birthday”, “wedding”, “father” we will usually pick this up and contact you prior to the product being sent to production. However, messages and names can not always be spotted. Please therefore check on your Order Page that the spelling is correct before you place your order.

Different production times

Sometimes you may order items that take only 48 hours to produce and another item that takes 3 days. In these cases all your items will be dispatched on day three so that they arrive together.
