Being at Eurofiber for slightly more than 5 years, Meile lead the network & service delivery organisation in expanding and operating the open Eurofiber network in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. Providing extensive fiber-optic coverage via the constant growing network of more than 70,500 kilometres fiber cable length.

Prior to his role at Eurofiber, Meile was CTO and managing director of the network organization at Tele2 in the Netherlands, responsible for the fixed B2B and B2C networks & services and the deployment of the 4th 4G network operator in the country.

Meile has over 30 years of experience in Telecom, started his career at KPN Mobile in the Netherlands and was co-founder of a Benelux service provider which was sold to Versatel in 2004. In 2006 Versatel was bought by Tele2 and in 2018 merged with T-Mobile in the Netherlands.
