So fast ending July le~~~ been in my current company for like say abt 5mths le ba..hmmz..in actual fact quite missed e previous days when i just entered the company..bt due to high turnover, some tings just changes le..e uneasy feeling..though its the best time to learn a lot of tings..somehow somewhere i feel uneasy..
well..lately i really dun have time to blog le..though is low peak season..sometimes even though its not my responsibilities to do certain stuffs at work, i still have to do it..i enjoy learning and ammend my mistakes..realli gan ji those kind hearted ppl hu taught me lots of work stuffs.
hmmz..sometimes i just feel that every working personnel should be responsible in his/her work. responsible can mean do wad's in your jobscope can le..if everyone work well as a team..there should not be any prob. bt... . .. .. ... . . . ........ ... . ..
In my pt of view, I believe that every organization regardless work or person has its own set of principles. For me, i would feel bad if my team are working hard and i'm not working hard enough and of cos if i m n they are not, i'll not feel gd too. Well..guess i better dun tink too much on this area ba. hahaz..
hmmz..i came to know an incident which i tink is unfair lor..i believe that work is work n personal is personal..if it comes to work stuff i believe their management has the authority and the right to question them..however, if it comes to personal stuffs, the management cannot force someone to ans his or her perceived tinking out of curiosity. dun anyone tink that a person needs his/her personal space? they are humans too and they need air to breathe just like anyone else. hmph..
anyways..went for a appointment with my colleague. its so fun!! like to work on a new pkg lidat with all those diff combinations, contacts etc..as a team..like doing proj. dat interests me very much!! now i know wad i love man. hahaz..
hmmz..anyways..i miss yr2's life..where everyting is at its peak~ e feelings so great. those were such days..~~~
lately wo shi mian le..realli very tired..bt can't seem to fall aslp. =( duno wads wrong..make me so restless in the day..zZZ.mayb bu fang xin e grp dept tt's coming ba..haix~~ terrible sia..this is unhealthy..mayb will tink of joggin if i can't slp..den mayb will help..bt lazy~~~~ argh~~~i wanna jian fei..becoming fatter le~~~cannot!!!!!! lolx~~~

Hahaz..now i have new PD. Sick as me..down with flu..bt today i'm feeling quite ok le..bt still a lot of flam..zZZ. The longer i'm in the company the more i can sense POM's presence..
Sometimes when things happen such as manager scolding a staff, i can also understand the pressure the manager is facing by the upper management..and understand tt by scolding perhaps she wans to acheive the motive tt the staff will realise his/her fault and ammend it.
However, it is also quite true tt some managers are simply obsessed with scolding. Sometimes it is not the time factor tt determines the staff''s knowledge to handle tings..Well..all i can say tt..staying in a company for quite some months and u'll get to understand the corporate cultures, type of management etc. Back stabbers are everywhere. Even personalities of ppl. Some are angel-like some are seriously devil-like. Gosh..e more u see..e more u'ld hope tt you nv saw.
hahaz..dun ppl just get sick of doing the extra tings above work alone? Being simple is nice bt the simple ppl always gets bullied. hahaz..so friends..which type would u rather be? lolx..~~
