Luckily i'vE got CanOe Polo as my CCA..it aCts likE an anti-strEsSed training tO mE. I enjOy watEr training as well as land training. I uSed to jog dUring my sEc sch days to relievE strEsS or whEnevEr i'm unhappy..Normally i jog on my own or wif a pri sch fwen (hu's currEntly in RJC nOw)..Used to swim too~bt i can't swim alone tt timE..dUn dArE to..bt nOw in poly..if i havE cca on tt dAy, i dun mind sWimmin alonE b4 cca stArtS(bt still, bEst if gt sOmE1 acc mE) =p ~ My sEc sch cca is chinEsE orchEstra (i played pipa~)..n omg..my klassmatEs n fwEns in sec sch would rathEr stAy at hm n starE at e pc then to gO out n exErciSe!! It alsO trains my brain..(as in frm leArning taCtiCs taught by wm n andrEw and to apply thEm to matChEs..uSing them flexiblily)trained mE to rEaCt faStEr..i v.slow de lehz..in rEaCtiOn..hahaz..training hArd to rEaCt faStEr..For watEr training, i dO really hOpE to pErfEct tt stErn dip~ Thats my grEatEst WiSh~ Cos i've sEen a gUy during a cOmpEtitiOn, hE did a wOndErful stErn dip and tUrnEd faSt!! *xian mU*~~!!!
