SNAP or Symbiosis National Aptitude Test 2014 is an OMR paper pen-based MBA entrance test directed by the Symbiosis International University for MBA admission to Symbiosis University Institutes. Conducted since 2007, this exam has consolidated its place as a National Level MBA Entrance Exam in India. 

SNAP 2014 test, common to other MBA entrance exams in India, tests the verbal reasoning, verbal ability, management aptitude and general awareness of students wishing to apply for MBA admission to Symbiosis University.

SNAP 2014 Features: 

• Single registration process for all MBA programs at all SIU institutes.
• Reduced registration fee for multiple programs. 
• Single Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test (PI-WAT) process for all MBA programs, at multiple locations (Pune, NOIDA and Bengaluru campuses of SIU).
• SNAP Test Score + Academic Profile Score will form the basis for short listing candidates for Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test (PI-WAT).

Eligibility for SNAP 2014: 

Graduation (Bachelors degree) in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks (40 percent in case of SC/ST category candidates).

How to register for SNAP 2014? 

Here is how you can register for SNAP 2014-15.

  1. Apply online for SNAP 2014 on www.snaptest.org.
  2. Online registration for SNAP 2014-15 will be accepted from September 03, 2014 (Wednesday) to November 26, 2014 (Wednesday).
  3. You are required to upload your latest scanned colour photograph.
  4. Any change in the SNAP 2014 online application form  can be made only up to the closing date of registration ie November 26, 2014 (Wednesday).
  5. No change is permitted after this under any circumstances. 


Following is the modes of payment for SNAP Test 2014 process:

SNAP 2014 application fee is Rs. 1500/- (rupees one thousand five hundred). 
Application for SNAP 2014-15 will be accepted from Septmber 03, 2014 (Wednesday) to November 29, 2014 (Saturday). 

(a) Online Payment through Credit Card: You can pay directly online through Master or Visa Card online by following the instructions on SNAP website after SNAP 2014-15 online registration. 

(b) Online Payment through Net Banking: You can also transfer your SNAP 2014 test fee to Symbiosis Test Secretariat account using Net Banking option after the registration.

(c) Payment through Cash: 
• After applying online for SNAP 2014 print ‘Axis Bank or Indian Bank Challan’ from the SNAP website.
• The bank challan contains three parts
• Pay Rs. 1500/- in cash at any Axis Bank or Indian Bank Branch in your city. (Please refer to the list of branches on the website).
• The bank will return two stamped parts of the ‘Axis Bank or Indian Bank Challan’ to you. 
• You need to keep the Candidate copy as payment receipt.
• Sign the stamped Symbiosis copy’ of the ‘Axis Bank or Indian Bank Challan’ and send it to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat at the address given in this page. 

(d) Payment through Demand Draft: 
•Obtain a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 1500/- from any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune.
•Fill DD details in the DD payment option in SNAP website and take a print out of ‘Payment Advice’ form for DD and send it along with the DD to the Symbiosis Test Secretariat only at the following Address. 
•The photocopy of the Demand Draft should be retained for future reference.

SNAP 2014 Admit Card: 

01. SNAP 2014 Admit Card will be available from Monday, December 06, 2014, till Sunday, December 21, 2014.
02. Admit Card along with Photo Identity proof should be carried to the Test Centre at the time of the test. An acceptable photo identity is any one of the following,
•Passport.
•Driving license.
•College/ Institute Identity Card.
•Credit card with photograph.
•Voter ID Card.
•Pan Card
•AADHAR Card (UID)
03.An authorized person from Symbiosis International University will verify and authenticate your Admit Card against the photo-id. Please preserve this authenticated Admit Card for further GE-PIWAT processes.
04. Please note that if you lose your SNAP 2014 Admit card, a new card will not be issued.

IBPS Clerk Exam 2014 Eligibility criteria:-

a) Nationality:-

An aspirant must be an a citizen of India or

(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently
settling in India or

(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

b) Educational Qualification: Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university in India.

c) Computer Literacy: Operating and working college of computers. (Aspirant should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute).

d) Age Limit:
Candidates aged between 20 and 28 years of age are eligible to apply for IBPS Clerk Exam 2014.

Apply online on www.ibps.in  for IBPS Clerk (IBPS-CWE-IV ) 2014. Following is step by step application procedure for IBPS Clerk examination.

STEP# 01: Logon to IBPS website www.ibps.in
STEP#  02: Once on the homepage click on the link "CWE Clerk-IV"
STEP#  03: Then click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- COMMON RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR RECRUITMENT IN CLERICAL CADRE IN PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS (CWE Clerks- IV)"online application form.
STEP#  04: Click on the link “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION"
STEP#  05: Fill in details in the registration form
STEP#  06: On registration of details you will receive a provisional registration number and password. (This provisional registration number and password will enable you to reopen saved data and also edit changes in the online application form).
STEP#  07: Upload your recent passport sized photograph and signature.
STEP#  08: Before submitting your online application form please use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to check details in the online application form. (Remember that no change (s) will be allowed after you click the "FINAL SUBMIT" button.
STEP#  09: Click on "FINAL SUBMIT"button.

IBPS Clerk Exam 2014 application fee:-

•Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
•Rs. 600 /- for all others.

01. Payment of application fee for IBPS Clerk exam can be done either online or offline.
02. Online payment of application fee can be done through debit or credit card
03. In case of payment of application fee through offline mode you are required to first complete the IBPS Clerk Exam 2014 online application form.
04. After this, you have to click on ‘Offline’ button that lies at the end of the form. Once you click on the button,  IBPS will register your application for the exam and  will provide you your login credentials, consisting of a unique password and registration number.
05. Next take a printout of the computer generated challan.The Challan is required to be taken to any IBPS designated center, where it will get sealed by the authority against the cash payment.

There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

IIT JAM conducted collectively by the Indian Institutes of  Technology and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore is Joint Admission Test for Master of Science. This examination is conducted on an All India basis for admission to M.Sc (Master of Science), Integrated Ph.D. degree programmes at IISc, Joint M.Sc-Ph.D dual degree  M.Sc-M.Tech., M.Sc-M.S.(Research)/Ph.D. dual degree and other post Bachelor’s degree programmes at IITs.

Highlights of IIT JAM 2015:-


•IIT Guwahati is the conducting institute for IIT JAM 2015.
•This exam is considered as a national single entrance test for admission to various M.Sc., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual degree and other post-B.Sc. programs
•JAM 2015 will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) online for all seven test papers.
•All candidates wishing to apply for IIT JAM are required to do so online.
•NO hardcopies of documents (except challan) are to be sent to the Organizing Institute. The documents (if applicable) are to be uploaded to the online application website only.
•All seven test papers will be of objective type with three different pattern of questions

For Un Reserved/OBC(NCL) Category Candidates:-

 •50 percent marks or 5.5 CPI on a scale of 10, without rounding off, in Major/Honors and pass in all other subjects, including Languages and Subsidiaries
• 55 percent marks or 6.0 CPI on a scale of 10, without rounding off, taking into account all subjects, including Languages and Subsidiaries, all years combined, for SC/ST and PwD Category Candidates, in the qualifying degree.

b) For IISc Bangalore: First class (as declared by the university) for Un Reserved/OBC category candidates and second class (as declared by the University) or 50% aggregate marks, without rounding off, for SC/ST and PwD category candidates in the qualifying degree.

c) For other Indian Institutes of Technology:-

•At least 55% aggregate marks, without rounding off, (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined).
•At least 50% aggregate marks, without rounding off, (taking into account allsubjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) for SC/ST and PwD Category candidates in the qualifying degree. For candidates with letter grades/CGPA (instead of percentage of marks) the equivalence in percentage of marks will be decided by the admitting institute(s).

How to apply for IIT JAM 2015 exam? 

01. Interested and eligible aspirants wishing to apply for IIT JAM 2015 exam are required to apply online on http://www.iitg.ernet.in/jam2015 or http://www.iitg.ac.in/jam2015.
02. IIT JAM 2015 online application form for registration will be accepted between September 03, 2014 (Wednesday) and October 09, 2014 (Thursday).
03. Applications will not be accepted through any other mean or mode.
04. No hardcopy of documents (except SBI challan) is to be sent to the IIT JAM 2015 organising institute: IIT Guwahati.
05. Document applicable if any, are to be uploaded on the online application website only.

IIT JAM 2015 application fee can be paid either online or through SBI bank challan.Please note that additional bank charges may apply for the above payment. This application fee is non-refundable. The last date for payment of application fee through SBI bank challan is September 30, 2014 (Thursday).

IIT JAM 2015 Paper Pattern:-

IIT JAM 2015 exam will conducted for seven test papers.
01. Biological Science (BL), 02. Biotechnology (BT), 03. Chemistry (CY), 04.Geology (GG), 05. Mathematics (MA), 06. Mathematical Statistics (MS) and Physics (PH).

All seven test papers will be of fully objective type with the following pattern of questions:

a) Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) : Each MCQ type question has four choices out of which only one choice is the correct answer.

b) Multiple Select Questions (MSQ) : Each MSQ type question is similar to MCQ but with a difference that there may be one or more than one choice(s) that are correct out of the four given choices.

c)Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions: For each NAT type question, the answer is a signed real number which needs to be entered using the virtual keypad on the monitor. No choices will be shown for these type of questions.
