super long bo blog liaos. i bet no one ever reads my blog no more. which to me is okok.
alot of things happened in my life since the last time ive blogged.
can say regret alot of things?
can also say i am very happy i risked it?
the regret and happy matters are 2 different matters, if u do wonder whether they are the same.
i really thank god that i found dance. i dun think i never gonna quit it? i think.
sometimes you cannot say never.
actually im kinda demoralised for dance? i dunno la. and also,
i think im kinda unsociable. do you agree?? i bet so.
sometimes you can keep trying to change, but in the end, it always ends the same.
i can only hope and wish tmr will be better? but they always tell me, 'why not today?'
i always want change, but i never start. i guess i must start, now?

had this assignment whereby we had to create a pop up book based on a children's novel.
found this book from the nlb..
siala nlb reminds me of that stupid apuneh woman who was siao. finding trouble sia she. like find trouble with me jojo and xin, just because we are younger than her. she was marking books at the childrens section = sth like studying, which is not allowed right? then jojo and xin were really WHISPERING.. the children further away spoke louder lor. i was beside them and i wasnt even affected. fuck la. dun care. what can you do? even if we did report her, who would the librarians believe? us youngsters or an adult? adults always step yige superior, anyhow push blames and accusations on us.

btw its a story by hans christian andersen, the old house. and this is what i felt of the story:
the days of glory is short lived and will fade, no matter how glamourous it had been. and what that is left is its memories. but memories will also die and be forgotten. and in the end, all that is left is beauty that cannot and will not be appreciated because no one remembers.
like veh sad hor? lols. but still got more interpretations for the book, but i think i'm focusing on this idea. cos emo nicer.. ahas.
damn last minute sia, cos next week needa hand in liaos.
lol yesterday was pa's bday. he's the same age as sg lor.. hahas. so its easy to rem his age.. lols. but how is is sg? LOL. jk.

btw todays lesson was super shiok. WE WENT TO ECP SKATE 360 FOR LESSONS!
damn cool right. cos of our integ assignment. alot of things sia, ! create invitation card, commercial broadcast vid, proposal for how we gonna mount our projection of video on the skate place itself.
have to consider all the contours of the surface of the rink, etc..
DAMN MAFAN.
but i like. :D cos super cool.
skateboarders leh, and bmx cyclists. saw some ard pri sch age angmoh kids. they not bad sia. and i even saw a super young angmoh kid skating around, with his super supportive mother watching him. he wore the helmet like damn big and he super stable too mans. so cool.. :D
i rode a rented bike down the skate place and it was kinda exhilerating sia, like scary but after u go down and succeed u wanna do it again and again.
my class form cher mr charles aka charlie super cool la, cos he is a skateboarder too mans!! he owns many exp skateboards he bought fr usa. cool la. he showed us during class on tues for motion type lesson. but he doesnt do stunts, he just cruises around.. LOL
oh ya, another assignment is to create a pop up illustration card of just one scene from a children's novel.

i like pop ups. heheh
but i think of all the work to do, also quite ____ liao. lols. but the good thing is, i think i enjoy it?
mr charlie showed us vid on a talk by david carson. david carson is a notabe figure in design la, and he said sth that strikes me. i think its sth like,:
i usually ask students what is the best job, (eg, highest pay, the laziest job, least hours.. etc..?) but my answer for them is, if you were not given any money in return for working that job, would you still want to continue that job?

btw beverly showed a news posted today, the showed the approximate amount of $$$ poly graduates earned. and it showed that media design people earned the least $$$ and business and accountancy people earned the most. but she said that it depends on how good u are. kinda sianed out by the info., but i think, if u ask me to choose again, i'll still go to media design. lol. i cannot make it in accountancy sia. even tho my poa B3 (nia?) aiyah. i dunno la, i think, i dont regret my choice? HAHAHAS..
tmr goin down to ______ liao. super excited. :D
and i wanna watch sherlock holmes cos i wanna see the opening title sequences (and the film).. cher says the title sequence damn nice. its done by prologue films. lols. if can, i also wanna create title sequences for films in the future, cos like cool siol. lol.

our integrated assignment was an individual project, wherby we had create a video based on our interpretation of a haiku. which means we have to be very "deep" to be able to understand the haiku. lols. my idea is of a man rejected and abandoned by society because he was considered useless and worthless, no longer of any useful value to them.
basically just showing how handicaps and the old people lose out in society by showing the difference/contrast of how someone was ONCE useful to society.
had many many many concepts before settling on this one. can say it is challenging and interesting.
btw its my first time trying out and using camera is after effects. so please forgive my mistakes in technicalities.

manhattan fish market is nice mans.. hehe and i watched new moon liao! sibei shuai sia, jacob. cos he got muscles.. LOL the whole cinema started chatting when he took off his shirt for bella mans. FUNNAYE.
almost everybody agrees jacob looks shuai-er than edward la, even tho the book clearly states that the vampires should looks distinctly attractive and different than everybody.
i think the movie is an understatement of the book. i think everyone expected the movie to be as good as the book, like the Harry Potter movies.
can say you wouldn't know what happened if you didnt read the book. and you wouldnt want to read the book if you watched the movie, i think..
lol.
btw remember shark boy and lava girl the movie?? the actor of shark boy is jacob leh.
