Today there was a meeting. The head of support functions(very bigshot) announced that there will be a change of managers.
2 colleagues cried.
Apparently the outgoing boss(female) sold her life to the company, and the long serving underlings of hers was uncomfortable that the new boss(male) may not give them time :0 the underling described her as “she is always there when you need her” hahaha, indirectly shooting the new quiet guy boss?
Even the head knows, the outgoing female boss, being single, is there 24/7. Then she said “of cos u have to give the married male boss work life balance but he has to lead and deliver results”
Not simple i tell u. The head’s room is paperless and so tidy. I wonder how she climbed so high.
