Snowed in Pink

 

Riot has a new group gift out - the woolen hat and mitten with multi-coloured hud.

The hat doesn't come with hair, but during the recent Black Friday sale, I purchased the Spirit hair from Stealthic which had an equestrian hat and I figured the hair would fit with this hat too. I now believe that it would also fit with other hats. Hmmm...

The pink top is from last week's Weekend sale at Neve. It also comes with multi-coloured and pattern hud. I didn't get the skirt because I hardly ever wear one nowadays. Always on the horse you know.

The jeans is from The Kiwi and it also comes with a multi-coloured hud. I think you see the pattern now... I am making my SL life simpler :)

The heart necklace and earrings are from Cae, from long ago.

This picture was taken at the Calas Midwinter sim, about an hour before show began and I used that opportunity to take an ultra graphic shot before the sim filled up and lag started. I love the way the flexi skirt moved but it was horrible in a sitting pose. Well, it looked great when dancing!

The hair is Unruly from Doux. The earrings, choker and bracelet are from Kibitz.

The gown is from GGVG Fashion and I bought it last winter with their store credit giveaway. This year, they gave us an outfit. Even without the store credit, the price is reasonable. I still remember when gowns used to cost over 1K linden coz I accidentally clicked on one a long, long time ago when a store was having a hunt... Imagine that!! Ugh!! Last, I have not 1 but 2 AI rendered paintings!!

AI is definitely making my avatar look gorgeous. I think after all the thumbs down I gave, the programming finally computed what I wanted.

Rune and Vela

For me, there is no other place to take the shot of Rune and Vela but at the magical Winter Region of Midwinter Calas. There are 4 sims and I can choose a sim with the least lag. The link is where you start, get important landmarks and tp out.

I chose the one nearest to the horse rezzer.

Here are Rune and Vela, the latest Xmas gifts from the generous ppl of Lelutka. I did not change a single thing except made Vela's head slightly smaller because it looked bigger than Rune. I didn't use the skins included.

I use ultra graphics and shared environment. I like how the shadows fell on them. Looks so romantic!

Mabel Whimsical Tudor Cottage

 

Mabel Whimsical Tudor Cottage is an inspired whimsical Tudor house with a twist of Gothic fairy tale. This house is a little bit rustic and dark.

I made this house in shades of brown, from the finials to the herringbone brickwork.

The house has a separate living area, an open dining area with the staircase going up and a private room. The kitchen is separate and has a back door. This house has 4 different sized rooms upstairs. So, 5 private rooms and you can choose which to be the bath if you want.

This cottage is 114 land impact, 21m wide by 17m. The wall is 4m high. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I have added a rezzer for easier positioning.

This morning I thought I'd drop by Winter Love Valley after purchasing Tram's latest hair at Collarbor. 

The hair comes in a fatpack for this event. You also have to purchase separately the hud colour for the hat. I have not been keen with the new hair colouring, but I was willing to give it a try. I can also choose to tint my hair colour preference. 

Anyways, I have this old Pixicat jacket from ancient days FLF and I paired it with The Kiwi Orchard Edit Ceres jeans and Addams Florencia Boots

Btw, I am using low graphics because the internet is horrible at the moment.

Saoirse Manor

Saoirse Manor is a double-storey Tudor/Victorian inspired house. It has gentle sloping roof made of wood and timber accent, old bricks and stones.

The house has an entrance which has a private room attached to a small room on one side and the living room on the other side. Further down is the kitchen which has an exit door and the dining-room which has a smaller room next to it. Both have exit doors.

Upstairs is a narrow hallway opened up by the railing. There are four different sized rooms.

Saoirse Manor is 127 land impact and has a base of approximately 22.5m by 19m. It's walls are 4m. It is copy, mod, partial mesh and no transfer. It is UNFURNISHED.
